DELIVERY CHARGES (UK mainland)
Goods purchased at a total value less than £50 will be subject to a carriage
charge of £10.
Goods purchased with a total value greater than £50 will be delivered free of
charge and removed from your basket total automatically.

DELIVERY OF GOODS (UK mainland)
Providing all items on your order are in stock we try our utmost to dispatch
your order within 24 hours, if not, within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Orders received before 12.00 Noon except for weekends and bank holidays will be
processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12.00 Noon will be
carried over to the next working day.
Our standard courier service will not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank
Holidays, therefore orders placed after 12.00 Noon on Fridays will be
dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday).
If an order is required for delivery on Saturday, special delivery charges are
available on request. We can then adjust your basket with the new delivery
charge.
We cannot give the customer an accurate delivery time, therefore we advise
there is someone at the delivery address given to us, eligable to sign for the
parcel between 9.00am and 5.30pm (note the time you placed your order and the
expected day your order will be delivered).
Please give clear additional instructions if your delivery address is remote or
difficult to find. If this is the case a mobile number is essential as this
will be given to your driver to fulfil the delivery.

Providing all items on your order are in stock we try our utmost to dispatch
your order within 48 hours, if not, within 72 hours of receipt and confirmation
of your order.
Depending on which country you reside, the delivery cost and method may change,
along with the shipper used. We will endeavour to use the cheapest possible
carrier wherever possible although for large volume orders we can arrange
pallet shipments via a freight company.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
All deliveries will be handled by Lynx Express on a 24 hour service and a
signature is required to deliver the goods. If no one is available to sign for
the parcel the driver will leave a card, containing the consignment number and
the telephone number of the local depot. The customer is advised to call this
number to arrange a suitable delivery date. The driver will attempt the same
delivery on the second day if no contact with the depot is made. If this
delivery fails, the consignment is held in the depot for a further five days.
If the customer has still made no contact the consignment is returned back
to Christmas Shop where we will contact the customer. The carriage
will be charged again before a further delivery can be dispatched.
We try our best to pack orders with consideration to the item(s). Although Lynx
Express work hard to avoid damaged goods whilst in transit, it can happen from
time to time. On receipt of your order it is advised to check the products
inside immediately as items can be damaged during carriage. If you notice any
damage to your product, please notify us by email
or phone within 24 hours.
